General Terms and Conditions
This site is owned and operated by New Life Distribution Ltd. The site is for the promotion and sale of Bolero drink products & other items of similar nature. All information contained within the pages of the site is deemed to be correct when published. New Life Distribution Ltd will in no way accept responsibility for any inaccuracies published other than for direct quotations from the product packaging itself.
All orders placed via this site are deemed to be a formal contract between buyer and seller. The terms of contract are that the buyer will pay in full for the goods ordered prior to despatch. New Life Distribution Ltd (the seller) will endeavour to despatch all orders within 2 working days from date of order placement.
In the event that New Life Distribution Ltd cannot comply with the above delivery terms, the buyer will be contacted and offered either replacement items, (in the event of an item/s being out of stock) or an alternative despatch date. In such circumstances, the buyer may also request a full refund on all or part of their order. In the event of a buyer's order failing to qualify for free delivery as a result of an item/s being out of stock, New Life Distribution Ltd will waive the cost of delivery on the lower value order.
